Short Summary - October 19.
Overall an excellent day for $SFLM closing up 50% at .0021 from lod .0014.
In early trading, there was a continuation of the pattern of yesterday - failure to cancel left over asks before the open - paint down / short to .0014 from an order placed before the open - walked down ask - mass flipping .0014 > .0016 range with about 50M bought down there.
Again basher morons were out in force on amateur forums.
Just over an hour before the close, the Attorney Opinion Letter on the recently updated reports was filed.
Immediately we saw aggressive ask buying - with .0001 upticks on only about 1.5M > 4M per .0001to .0022 within 10 minutes.
There followed an extended period of profit taking by a few small holder low level flippers at mostly .0021 until .0022 was restarted at 15:45.
.0022 was almost bought out - down to 169K but a few clowns continued to add about 500K at a time and then in the closing minutes wasted another 9M in new interest buying power by bid whacking the .0020 bid and creating an undercut ask at .0021 that was bought out.
Had they been more patient and made people hit the ask to get in, we could have had a close at .0026 and a gap up over .0030 at the open tomorrow.
Regardless, closing 50% up from the lod despite a few idiots was still an excellent move - particularly on only 91M traded.
Overall, just under 91M was traded - of which about 50M was picked up cheaply at .0014>.0016 in early trading - 25M was used to get the move .0016 > .0022 (initial) and 16M was additional changing hands profit taking to buyers at / just under the hod (.0020 > .0022).
We are in fact better off without those who flipped today as their shares are now in the hands of more astute traders.
Once we get the .0030+ break, the serious traders of $SFLM - those with 25M > 50M+ shares - should be able to get momentum going and by continually outbidding stopping low level flip people from getting back in.
Traders need to note that every 1M sold at .0022 instead of .01 is throwing away $7.8K in profit and throwing away $17.8K at .02!
The share structure was updated on September 12 - again with no change.
There has now been no change to the Unrestricted O/S in 352 days - thereby showing that there has been no conversion of the shares owned by the CEO of Deep Power, Inc which - IMO - he will either keep to trade much higher once the $SFLM deals are done or $SFLM will buy the debt back before interest is due in June 2024.
