They can tell us anything they want to but they can't make claims about LL's efficacy or safety before FDA approval. I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that "if" we get the hold removed, we'll hear about it no later than the end of next week. I say this because they announced the annual meeting on Sept 25, and I suspect that was shortly after they filed the latest response to the FDA. Given the FDA is supposed to respond within 30 days and the company has 4 business days to notify the shareholders, assuming the hold is removed, it would fall near the end of Oct at the latest. Again, this is just my guestimate.
