Was there or was there not a 1000 to on RS APPROVED option hanging over the company's head in January 21 when the stock ran from 0.002 to 34.9 cents?
That one would have given then 900,000,000 of unallocated shares wouldn't it?
The stock ran on news and the RS did not happen did it?
So at this point to say a 4000 to 1 RS is going to happen with certainty is a lie isn't it?
