one would think that if anything positive has broken in our favor they would announce that immediately, given how starved shareholders are for info. but even absent anything good, taking a "no communication" approach is the worst approach - because not only does it leave us assuming the worst, but it torpedoes any respect or confidence in the board and in Antonio - as it's a cowardly approach. i would much prefer someone stepping up and delivering bad news, along with an explanation and a go-forward plan.
the "head in the sand" approach is just hard to fathom - even for an interim president and a sub-optimal board of directors. there's no excuse - they can give updates on plenty of things without running afoul of the FDA - that's just a weak excuse.
