I notice reference to Dr. David Dalton as the owne

I notice reference to Dr. David Dalton as the owner of UNIVEC, Inc. is not correct. He is the Majority owner, but all (?) on this board are shareholders, and thus owners. I don't refer to myself as owner of UNIVEC, Inc. Just saying.
