Don't forget that the FDA has sanctioned Amarex after the FDA's own investigation. When we discuss arbitration, it would be hard to imagine a stronger piece of 3rd-party-verified evidence of their misdeeds.
Contrast that with the shambles that a different CRO made of Pfizer's -- PFIZER'S ! ! ! -- Lyme vaccine clinical trial -- and now that CRO says the FDA says they did nothing wrong.

So for the FDA to sanction Amarex -- this is a BIG step. Let's remember that, when we wonder about the arbitration.
