Your frustrations are a direct result of your lack of proper Due Diligence. Not only does it lead to your own anger/frustration, but it also "forces" you to "share" those unnecessary and unfounded frustrations with others, as if they were Fact.
Doing proper DD would've informed you that the EVIDENCE of requirements-satisfaction will come (and will be clear to everyone) BEFORE the Etrade-Choke is removed. i.e. the Etrade Choke is not "magically" removed. It's ALL in-process.
