A "no" vote on share increases is a vote for the company to go under.
Utterly suicidal for any genuine investor.
However, we can expect plenty of posts urging people to vote no on share increases -- posts from people who want the company to go under.
Voting YES on share increase is voting for the company to succeed.
Amarex would love for people to vote no. That's why they seemingly haven't offered a reasonable settlement -- they are trying to run out the clock and get the SUCKERS to vote no on share increase.
