Arbitrators do not issue tentative decisions in a
Post# of 148109
My experience is based on my family's experience PLUS the dozen arbitrations that I myself have been lead counsel on.
There are no forum rules and procedures about when an arbitrator must make their decision. It could be a week, month, year...there is no hard and fast rule. And I know this based on FACTS of my own experience. If there is an arbitration agreement between CYDY and Amarex, that COULD say a timeframe, but I saw nothing about that in the CYDY/Amarex agreement which still no one else has asked for.
The parties choose the best arbitrator they think they can get that will be partial to their side, much like picking a jury, not the one who issues a quick decision.
