A good way to tell if an employee or management team is doing good work is to look at what they claim they will accomplish and if they accomplish it. Right now, they are not giving us deliverables or a timeline to judge weather they are doing a good job. Management said in the past that mid sept they will have everything to the FDA and the 30 day response is mid October. this is where we are at and we could get the hold lifted in the next couple weeks, or we could find out that cytodyn did not finish everything mid sept or that the FDA wants even more now. no idea where we are. Asking for votes on anything in the annual meeting without telling us the status is ridiculous.
if the hold is lifted before the annual meeting, great. if nothing and in the meeting they say they are still working on it that really sucks. So, management - Are you doing a good job or not?
As much as i want the hold lifted, i also don't want to hear management state that now that the hold is lifted they can start pursuing partners. they should have partners lined up by now. otherwise, what have they been doing all year?
these catalists need to be stated in terms that cytodyn can make them happen and has control of them to make them happen. not a passive wait and see attitude.
