Drano, Here I am, typing when I don't know anything. Akero's CEO sold 25K shares on 10/2/23. The price was 45ish. Today's market open looks like 20ish, after the study results you referenced. Let me guess: Pre-planned trade?, trading window? I suppose the table is tilted towards the insiders; don't really know. Maybe he'll pay off some company debt with the proceeds?
