Promotions and Compensation:
-Seeing that this is a developmental stage company, and one that has recently been acquired by a public entity, I believe that it is essential that the company utilize newsletters and penny promotion sites to get their name out to the public.
That being said, they need to do this is a manner that will not kill shareholders, i.e. the most non-dilutive manner possible. Below is a list of recent promos associated with STKO. Please note the party that paid for the Promo as well as the Compensation.
All Promo Info is from HotStocked.com (Note: The website lists duplicates on compensation. I am not repeating them for sake of integrity so keep that in mind)

-----FEB 15, 2012 WISE ALERTS (Wisealerts.com)----------
-Paying Party: Unknown
-Compensation: $10,000
*Looks like this was either previous management or a large holder trying to unload shares. It was successful as the volume was over 7mm on the 15th. The company did not pay for this promo, which leads me to believe that the email response received by a poster from the CEO regarding dilution was in fact truthful.
----The ceo stated he had no knowledge of the selling and was not diluting! Bingo!
------FEB 15, 2012 MOVING PENNIES (Movingpennies.com)--------

*******DEC 1-20, 2011 GREEN BARON WEBCAST (thegreenbaron.com)*******
-Paying Party: Management
-Compensation: $4000 + 200k Restricted Shares.
*I would like see more about what "restrictions" were put on those shares that were given to Green Baron. However, I believe that they were most likely already dumped.
-------DEC 20, 2011 INVESTORSHUB (investorshub.com)------
-Paying Party: Unknown
-Compensation: $2500
*******NOV 1-DEC 15, 2011 SMALL CAP VOICE (smallcapvoice.com)******
-Paying Party: Management
-Compensation: $2000 + 100k Restricted Shares.
*There was a webcast attached to this promotion where the CEO outlines the companies plans going forward. Once again I feel like the shares were dumped as long as Small Cap was allowed to sell as these promo companies rarely hold the securities long after they are allowed to sell.
Argolis Advisors PR Campaign Ran from DEC 13- DEC 15: Big money thrown into this by Argolis, we need to find out who they are, why they paid so much and what they dumped to do so.
-------DEC 13-15, 2011 THE STOCK PSYCHO (pennystockalerts.com)------
-Paying Party: Argolis Advisors
-Compensation: $40,000
*More to follow on Argolis, this is one that we really need to highlight and understand as the compensation is enormous... I will be posting my thoughts on them shortly.

Total of payments $ 150,500
Note Payable- EXPLAINS FEB 15TH! (PER 10K)
NOTE 6 – NOTE PAYABLE – RELATED PARTY
The Company has a note payable of $35,000 due to a related party as of June 30, 2011. The note bears 6% interest, is unsecured and due on demand.
Interest expense accumulated was $3,199 for the period ended June 30, 2011. The note and any accrued interest can be converted to stock at any time by the note holder at $0.005 current bid or some other price determined by the board of directors. Accrued interest on this note was $3,199 as of June 30, 2011.
A conversion of this note on Feb 15th @ .005 would have equaled 7mm shares, seems about right to me as the volume that day was 7.5mm. Just a guess but seems too convincing not to be..
During the period ended June 30, 2011, the Company issued 1,445,000 shares of common stock to several investors at $0.10 per share for total cash proceeds of $144,500.
Questions that need to be Addressed
1) How is Shannon Miller Getting Compensated? How much?
2) Is the $350K that is owed to Stakool for the acquisition of the public entity tied in with the Dec and Feb debt payments of $125,000?
-Paid $130k Jan 5th 2012, so down to $220
3) What does one of the Preferred Shares of Anthus equal? (i.e. Int Rate, Conversion # etc) (SS indicates there are 10mm Preferred Shares in it)
4) Who is the Retailer from the Feb 14th PR w/ 500 stores that will generate $500k annually?
5) Have either of the 2 Notes ($125K/each) Due Dec 9th and Feb 10th, been paid off?
6) Need to find out what shares Management still owns and if they are hitting the open market with them
