Seems to be a lot of agreement to Seemingly's posts.
They are giving us an "advisory" vote that they do not have to follow?
I'm voting NO on compensation to advise them that I am not happy with their lack of communication and progress.
Voting YES on the share increase. To vote against that is to throw in the towel and say "I don't want the company to succeed."
