I received my proxies from both eTrade and Charles

I received my proxies from both eTrade and Charles Schwab this morning, and it looks like we have until Nov 8 to submit our votes, the day before the annual meeting. I have no plans to vote before then unless we receive some good news. If not, I'll submit my votes on the 8th and I'm voting against #2 - approval of executive officer compensation, and I'm voting against every one of the directors. It may not mean much, but hopefully they'll get the message if others do the same. And, as I recall, they have a history of reaching out to everyone to remind them to vote as we get closer to the annual meeting because they don't want to come up short on getting approval to increase the authorized share count. I would suggest we let them sweat a little.
