he did it so brazenly because people DO get away with it, and much worse, everyday. the SEC is a wet noodle. give yourself a good chuckle and watch still yet another new doc on netflix about bernie madoff. he started his fraud the day he decided to be a trader in his 20s. there we plenty of whistleblowers screaming at the SEC to do something for 15 years. he never made a single trade. the SEC is a wet noodle sitting in an old pot on the stove for 4 days turning to mush and decay. and guys like nader depend on that fact. daily.

Nader almost certainly knew that his time at Cytodyn was numbered. With no more salary he wanted to pad his nest before he was ousted. He had to know that he was breaking the law but like all criminals he expected to get away with it. It makes me happy that his hubris caught up with him and even more so with Kazempour.
