officers and directors are beginning to receive options again- this is the usual course of business across the stock market- the options are in lieu of cash as part of their salary.
Otherwise ZNOG would have to fork over a substantial amount more in cash. Directors and officers have shown they have faith in the company via annual stockholders meetings and podcasts etc.
Thus-absent personal financial emergencies they have usually held on to their options rather than cashing them in. Obviously, that is sound planning if and/or when ZNOG strikes oil and/or gas.
