If I'm remembering correctly, Kazempour is significantly older than Nader. I think K was in at least his early 70's when the investigation was first announced. The longer he and his lawyers can drag this out, the less likely he is to be sentenced to prison, probably home monitoring instead. Or if they actually DID put him in prison, he can undoubtedly find health reasons for him to be in the hospital wing instead of sitting in the cell with his roommate Knuckles.
