Hey Hulk! In connection with Amarex, the final hearing is scheduled for August 2024, so we are about a year away from that. After the final hearing it is anyone's guess how long it will take for the arbitrator to come back with a decision. It could literally be a day, week, month, year...there is no specific date by which they must give their decision.
Could Amarex and CYDY settle earlier than a decision from the arbitrator? Absolutely!
As for the amount, CYDY first said they would be "seeking over $100mm" and then in the latest 10K, said that they were unable to determine an amount at this time. Yes, I know we all believe CYDY should take every last dollar from Amarex, and aside from the fact that Amarex can only pay what they have, it is not clear yet the amount that CYDY will be asking for based on their latest statement in the 10K.
Does anyone feel I have the facts wrong?
