Northern Block surface rock samples reveal lithium oxide grade of over 2%

Where there is smoke, there is fire. Possibly there are massive spodumene pegmatites in the Northern Block from which the surface rock samples originated from, they are fragments broken off from the pegmatites. Be reminded that GBML's project area is 525 square kilometers, 2.5 times as big as Patriot Battery Metals's project in James Bay. Logically "district scale" surface sampling in the Northern Block will be followed by "district scale" targeted drilling.

"The Warrants are subject to an acceleration provision, which provides that, should the closing price of the Shares be greater than $0.30 for ten (10) consecutive trading days, the Warrants will expire thirty (30) days after the date on which the Company provides notice of such fact to the warrant holders."

Of the 11,600,000 warrants issued, 11,446,000 warrants have not been exercised. Due to the "accelerated warrant expiry date" in the agreement, financiers have only 6 weeks to exercise their warrans should share price remain above 30 cents. Any unexercised "in-the-money" warrants will expire after 6 weeks. So with good assays report, expect share price to surge rapidly in an up channel.

Institution funds flowed in on news release of March 22, causing share price breaking sharply through 80 cents resistance to $1.10 in just 2 days (March 22, 23) with 6-day volume of 8 million shares as some institution funds don't invest in stocks under $1. Share price has been in a perpetual upswing since then.
