I had the exact same response when reading that fact pattern. It's like a Netflix drama with a twists and turns and bad actors - but it's actual reality, and unfortunately we gave money to these guys. I hope to one day look back and be able to laugh about this.

Perhaps they are getting close to finalizing an agreement with a new CEO. I'm hoping we hear something soon.
