The "why" doesn't matter specifically. What matters is if "gross negligence" and/or "willful misconduct" can be proven. There is no "why" that would mitigate either of those.
You may wonder why I put gross negligence and willful misconduct in quotes above. It is because those are the EXACT terms used in the contract between CYDY and Amarex, which I believe only about 3 people on this board have read. Facts people...facts.
