If CYDY gets a big settlement, it means that they will not have to worry about funding multiple clinical trials, and may even be able to do a stock buyback to reduce the number of shares.
A big settlement is a huge deal. It doesn't matter how much it is per share -- what matters is being able to fund operations without dilution.
