Trading Summary - September 20.
More progress today for $SFLM with .0013s bought out - despite some being allowed to reloads at .0012 - and .0014s started with only 8.5M left at close.
Key trading points were:
- Opened with 1.8M buy at .0013 leaving 10M.
- . Ask not hit aggressively enough to clear immediately from orders placed before the open or soon after so a few impatient small holders traded at .0012 and some who bought flipped at .0013.
- Decisive 5M+ buy at .0013 at 1525 got the .0014s up - initially only 9.5M there (because some flipped) - peaked at 11.5M.
- After more buys 8.5M left on ask at .0014 at close.
- Overall, 38.2M was traded today .0012 > .0014 - up from .0011 > .0013 on September 19 and .0010 > .0012 on September 18 - with the majority bought at .0013.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated September 19 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 323 days.

Expect further movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
