I have no reason to doubt the narrative that C.A. took a leave of absence for health reasons and is not able to work full-time.
To characterize this as a "demotion" is not accurate. The claim that he found something wrong with the company is debunked by the fact that he is continuing with the company, in a lesser role.
It is FUD, intentional or by error, to claim otherwise.
