when you read MGK quotes from the cc, i get the impression that Kivlighn was hired to assist with the hold removal. he is a contract employee and cytodyn is 1 of 4 current clients according to his linkedin. so just a bit of speculative DD to fill in some of the gaps regarding the next hold submission.
