I posted about Streeterville a few days ago, but one of the mods must have thought it was a negative post because the cut and paste clip referenced a dip in SP the following day which may or may not be connected. It was not intended to be negative. I know next to nothing about SEC rules and regulations. John M Fife is the managing partner of Chicago Venture Partners which controls Streeterville and other companies. The 13F specifies the purchase was made for passive investment purpose. Since they own 450,000 shares, I wanted to know a little more about them. This time I am adding links to what I found online.
