“Even if the agreement to buy or partner with CYDY was contingent upon the holds being lifted, BP has the knowledge and power to POTENTIALLY get the holds lifted that CYDY clearly does not have at this time.”
Respectfully disagree…easy to make this statement now with hold in place, but a reminder Company has openly stated their intent to file, likely in September, the response to the FDA that may CLEARLY in retrospect will be shown to have resulted in the hold being lifted. No matter how you cut it, there is no question on the part of a partner that it is a better look to their shareholders to have the hold removed first.
Neither of us knows exactly what is in play; my advice to myself: pour another glass of red and try to chill out until there is real news. If the Company intends to expand authorized shares they have reason to do so and it is a sign they are not taking down The Big Top but have plans…hoping for The Greatest Show On Earth, but expecting at least the Company has the wherewithal to file the paperwork to get that done. I don’t think it would be a requisite to have big brother do that for them but big brother will be appreciated/needed to show up with cash to get everything ready for The Big Show. We are…clearly…not staffed for that.
