Low level flippers added 2.3M to the .0010s - this is what happens when you let other people get in on the bid after an uptick by bid sitting rather than hitting consecutive asks & keeping the momentum going.
However, pretty soon we will be at the level when the main long-term traders of $SFLM will be able to take out any asks just on their own - probably by .0013 - all the way to .01+.
