People failed to hit the ask when there was only 9.25M left so a few impatient small holders sold on the bid at .0009 & again created a mickey mouse undercut ask of 338K at .0009.
May see hail mary buys .0009 > .0010/.11.
Neither of the 2 x 3.33M buys at .0009 added to the ask at .0010 - being kept for trading much higher.
