It can sound like whatever you want it to sound like, but my point is that neither fraud nor negligence were mentioned when they could have been, and they were clear that they cannot calculate damages. Fraud is clearly defined in the legal world and charging someone for something they didn't do is not necessarily fraud as you think. If you want to read that as "MORE than 100M" that is fine, but CYDY never said it in the 10K whereas they said it to us on a CC. What changed?
