It's calendar days not business days so the 10K is due today but, according to ChatGPT, a company can file a 2nd NT 10-K to get another 15 day extension, which may be the case here given the exceptionally extenuating circumstances of an auditor being sanctioned by the PCAOB. So we could see another NT 10-K filed tomorrow.
