Trading Summary - September 13.
A slightly disappointing status quo day for $SFLM with a .0010 ask but traders failed to take out the small amount there out allowing others to get a few .0009s rather than forcing them to pay .0011+.
Key points were:
- Opened with 9.985M left at .0010 - same as at the close yesterday.
- When people failed to hit the ask to take out the .0010s with orders placed before the open, the usual minor games from scammer(s) ensued.
- There was only ever 555K of a walked down ask at .0009 - caused by a moron overtrading on the bid at .0009 - which was then taken out decisively.
- .0010s were started with a 20K buy.
- Just under 6M was bought at .0009 - almost all on the bid.
- Only 480K of that was added to the ask in the closing minutes by a scammer who just picked it up at .0009 and isn't even going to make $35 after commission.
- No significant buy could be made at .0008.
- The .0008 bid peaked at 24M through to the close - $19.2K - sufficient to take out .0010 + .0011.
- Overall, 6.32M was traded today - mostly at .0009.
- At the close there was 10.445M left at .0010 - followed by probably just a few M > 5M at .0011.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 316 days.

Expect further movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
