Trading Summary - September 12.
Excellent day today for $SFLM with a .0010 ask started and only 9.985M left by the close.
Key points were:
- Opened with 12.7M left at .0009.
- When people failed to hit the ask aggressively enough at the open to clear the .0009s + .0010s, a few impatient people traded on the bid at .0008 and .0007.
- The person that got 8.9M at .0007 was stupid enough to put it up for 1-tick at .0008 and was bought out decisively.
- In the final hour, an 10M hail mary buy took the last of the walked down .0008s and more than half the .0009s.
- The remaining 4.98M at .0009 was cancelled and the .0010s were up with only 10M there.
- The .0010s were started leaving just 9.985M at the close.
- Overall, 63M was traded today. Of these, 1 8M was the .0007 > .0008 flip leaving 45M - of which the remainder was .0008 > .0009 being bought out and .0010s being started.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 315 days.

Expect further movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
