That's a big relief. Just a few general questions for others in the forum. I'm considering a few companies, for potential investing purposes, soon. But, I'm not familiar with procedures, involving the SEC, if and when they're investigating a company. How would one find out if the SEC is looking into a publicly traded company? Or, if the SEC has looked into a publicly traded company in the past and why? Would it be made public if that's the case. Can a stock still be traded if the SEC is in the process of investigating a public company?
best wishes
