Trading Summary - September 11.
Another satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with a .0009 ask and an .0008 bid maintained and topped again by the close.
Key points were:
- Opened with only 5.8M left initially - then, as usual, when ask not hit immediately by orders placed before the open scammer(s) put the additional day trade orders up for a total of 15.15M (.05M less than at the close on Friday)
- Again people the failed to hit the ask aggressively enough to take out the remaining .0009s and .0010s.
- So scammers continued to stack the ask to a peak of 16.2M.
- Whenever there was a walked down ask at .0008 it was taken out decisively.
- Bid at close was 50M .0007 + 5.2M .0008 - $39K+ - probably sufficient to take out .0009 > .0011 if applied to the asks in rapid succession.
- Overall, 16.2M traded - 2.8M bought on ask at .0009 - including 1M in the closing seconds - and 13.4M changed hands from loss sellers to buyers at .0008.
- None of the .0008s bought were effectively added to the ask which was down a net 3.2M to 13M at the close.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 314 days.

Expect further movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
