I don't even know what this means as the PR is a bunch of gibberish. Go do a search for Bambuser in TikTok. I come up with a number of accounts with 1 follower. Maybe it's different in EU?
btw: I did go through of a number of their filings and presentation. TikTok is barely mentioned and only in the same sentence as Facebook, Twitter and there rest.
