Sentinel II imagery as of Sep 6th, 2023 indicates

None of it seems to be associated with the vein structures, prior blast areas I call "The Wishbone" or the Julio Shaft. Pads and ponds not changing,
Several small areas have been excavated mostly along old dozer tracks. May be remediation, def not drill pads. I doubt it's being done by Mexus Gold but no idea as to who's on site or what's happening. It's not blasting or drilling - could be electrical conductivity testing or anything that involves disturbing the earth and exposing fresh soil.
Looks like activity has stopped at Noche Buena - negligible changes from image to image at that mine site now being mothballed. On an active mine site there are changes daily even in low res imagery. This from the 2nd QTR report from Noche. Gold production was good at 14,801 oz but this note tells the story of imminent shut down. " The final 2023 gold ore grade was 0.47 g/t as no additional volumes will be deposited."
Fresnillio has shared a boundary line with Mexus for many years, probably knows more of the geology than the claim-holders know and has made no move to buy out, seek an operating agreement or anything that we know of. With Noche shut down it would have been a natural to acquire the Mexus claims but either they have determined it would not be economic or there are clouds on the claims as cited in the posts by "Shapier" between Aug 10th and Aug 19th. Nothing can be pinned down. Pink to Gray seems to be in the offing with no filing - no comms from present or the announced future CEO.
Nothing new from the good ship, "Sister Shelle" either which has probably missed the 2023 dredging season off Nome AK if it's not already on the water and dredging gold. The boat is not showing on Marinetraffic.com. No idea if it's still in the SAC area or has made its way north toward Nome waters. .
Here's something and ties Paul Sr and Wildcat Mining and the MV Shelle to a mining application for rights assigned by the leasee, Douglas Martinson. The application Includes some hand drawn sketches of the ship and equipment. In the prior Alaska efforts the ship "North Pacific Gold" was operated by Paul Jr. Now Paul Sr is clearly the operator - doesn't mean he's Captain but he is signing the papers for the current operation.
