Well 10 million was removed from the DTC back on Aug 3. Now 25.4 million has been added back.
Remember Doc took all his shares off restriction on May 30. I was told by a VP at Continental stock that he would have been required to use an SEC lawyer in order to stay in compliance in all areas. That would include the SEC rule 144 about how much Doc can sell in any given Q, he has never sold any yet.
But it is interesting that the 10 million removed from DTC in Aug plus 14 million that he can legally sell in any Q is almost the # shares added to DTC.
It is my hope that Doc is allocating shares to someone AND getting a few shares in place himself to sell on big news. No proof of that, just my hope.
