Trading Summary - September 6.
A satisfactory status quo day for SFLM with a .0009 ask and a .0008 bid maintained and topped up all day.
Key points were:
- Opened with 2M cancelled and 3.34M bought at .0009 from an order placed before the open leaving just 4M.
- Again people failed to hit the ask aggressively to take out the remaining .0009s and .0010s.
- Scammers stacked the ask to a peak of 13.6M.
- Scammers painted down and/or one or two impatient small holders sold for a loss at .0008.
- 27.5M bought at .0008 as a result - none of which was effectively added to the ask which was 13.3M at the close.
- Largest buy at .0008 was 16.5M.
- Overall, 32.3M was bought today - 4.8M at .0009 and 27.5M at .0008.
- Closed with 4.4M left at .0009 when day trades cancelled out.
One of the main traders in $SFLM confirmed that they had heard from the CEO that further filings would be out soon.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 309 days.
