I agree, Teledoc (TDOC) is no real competition IMO. A good tele-medicine platform is a difficult computer program to write and implement. That is why Doc's Telemedicine platform was the "last piece" in putting everything together. IMO, Doc's people did NOT write the program, it is far too involved for his people at HRI. There is only one clear, logical company and that is Eagle Force. Campbell (Eagle Force) and Doc go way back to the early 80's. Doc started HRI in 1983, so my "logical guess" is Eagle Force probably wrote that sophisticated program for HRI and probably also for PPSI and PSI. So Eagle Force is the "logical" one to write the Telemedicine platform software. Doc told us 3 years ago that he was still with Eagle Force, I have to assume he still is now.
Now, if you are still with me here, add up 2(HRI)+2(PPSI)+2(PSI)+2(TeleMed) = 8. Now add the VERY sophisticated Universal Platform (+2) = 10. Yes, IMO, I think Eagle Force wrote the Universal Platform that Doc has kept really close to his vest over the last 5 years. Doc has said it would be a platform that ties every pharmacy, clinic and hospital together and monitor drug prescription abuse and drug interactions.
So, this "+2=10" requires some "logic". A year ago in July, Doc tweeted and L/in a message responding to a news article about the state of Florida suing Walgreens for 684 million dollars because of the opioid epidemic in Florida and Walgreens was not monitoring the sale of opioids across the state. What happens, is people "game the system" by doctor hopping and pharmacy hopping. Doc messaged "we will have the ability to adjudicate that problem soon", Univec. (paraphrased). Doc didn't have to say a word about that law suit but he did, that told me he was close to finishing the platform or finishing getting all the Florida pharmacies onto the platform.
Now, jump forward to Eagle Force Health and the recent post (please re-post). Look at the description of what they do, it sure looks like the Universal Platform, IMO. But also look at the one sentence on their site that says they are already in every pharmacy. Note their website began in 2017, the time is about correct for beginning the project. Is it Doc? We don't know for sure but 2 + 2 = 4, the "logic fits" IMO. This would be a gigantic, huge project and I think Doc probably teamed up with Eagle Force and started Eagle Force Health.
If it is Doc, it means "recurring cash flow" and the market loves recurring cash flows.
All of this is just my logical opinion, draw your own conclusions.
