As far as a buyout, management holds the majority of voting shares, by a lot, and has shown no inclination to change the status quo. The company is also registered in a state that makes hostile takeovers very difficult.
And, no, I'm not buying, because that's the way I feel. It would be nice if you could throw in a fact or a link or two to support your theories. Something that's not something that Mark Kay stated.
