Thats why I put IR...
But if it is IR, then it's safe to say that Tom will have to increase the AS to support their financing. 110 Million were added in one month. That give them 1 more month of funding then they are topped out. So either Tom will cancel IR funding(I doubt) or increase the AS to support IR.
