what would you like them to share? for example, they gave the amarex update on the call... sidley has requested a final hearing date. if they don't have the date yet, then there is nothing to share.
regarding the clinical hold, they said on the call that documentation might be submitted in september. it isn't even september 1 yet.
they had a PR regarding the latest financial stuff that was required to be reported. that brings you up to date there.
and they released a personnel update, the blok promotion.
anything operational is pending a hold release.
i feel like they are sharing to the same extent as other companies. they seem to be up to date on sharing legal, regulatory, financial, administrative and operational matters.
