Its not even about a conspiracy theory! Its a truth based on facts playing out in a court of law. The docket is the key! CRGP State and Federal legal cases recorded very important evidence!
As for Congress:
All Congress (Legislative Branch) can do is make a law on illegal short selling, (which they wont do at this time), investigate governmental agencies (SEC/Finra) who pretend to be responsible with ensuring the protection of investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. Its in their freaking mission statements. He would know that if he bothered to look it up!
And finally Congress can make recommendations to the DOJ (Judicial Branch) to prosecute bad actions that violate the property rights of public companies and its investors. Part of the violation of property rights relies on jurisdiction and chain of custody. Its not rocket science!
News flash! Judges and Issuers have jurisdiction over property rights. The dept of Treasury can also intercede if nessissary! 3rd parties can not interfere!
Do you notice the poor mindset and consistency of ignorance ? He cant even put the pieces together correctly but rely and insinuate narrotive that suggests private messages and conversation with people who literally have control over stock messenging websites like ihub are designed to protect these illegal short selling practices is trust worthy?
