It all boils down to this. Which most likely was a valuation of our stocks of leronlimab. The BDO is a group of auditing firms. One of the groups members did the valuation. Warren Averett did the auditing of accounting and certified it was an independent audit. But since both firms are members of the same group it couldn't be considered independent.

Nothing more and nothing less. It has nothing to do with the quality of the valuation or audit and nothing much to do with Cytodyn.
