Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Ampligen in Patients With Post-COVID Conditions
Interesting.

Ampligen is believed to work by jump-starting your body's natural anti-viral pathway and regulating levels of RNase L (a substance in your cells that attacks viruses), which can be high in people with ME/CFS. It's also been shown to inhibit tumor cell growth.

No direct testing for CCR5 and RNase L levels that I can find but RNase L is upregulated by IFN-a. IFN-a is downregulated by leronlimab which should mean reduced RNase L levels. RNase L is also implicated in onset of type I diabetes.
