Trading Summary - August 24.
An excellent day for $SFLM with more traders scaling in after spotting on otcmarkets.com on August 23 that the ticker is receiving more detailed attention from the new CEO amongst all the other businesses he is involved in:
New interest in $SFLM:
- 100 people have viewed the latest edition of the Overview so far.
- Several traders with significant followings in the 3K > 17K range have started to scale in.
- Today, when the pps was at .0009 ask, PennyStockGeeks also alerted $SFLM to its followers with:
"$SFLM **Hot Stock To Watch** With the O TC starting to heat up the last few days following the likes of $HMBL and $MONI be sure to radar $SFLM with ties to $GEGI . Will $SFLM be the next 1,000% OTC runner? Stay tuned!"
Summary of the significant action today:
- Opened at . 0008 ask with all taken out in the opening minutes after some from yesterday cancelled.
- .0009 > .0012 hod.
- Some low level profit taking at .0011 + .0010 when .0012s not immediately bought out.
- Walked down ask .0011s started to get taken out in the closing minutes with only 9.648M left at the close.
- Bidders generally got left behind at every price point with not all getting filled even at .0010 during some profit taking by others.
- Total 223M traded - including some obvious MM > MM transfers with duplicate exact quantities at fractionally different prices..
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0013>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 296 days.

It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
