Failure to hit the ask at .0004 by bid sitters at .0002 enabled a few more people to pick up .0003s - still have the impatient undercutting the ask at .0003.
Now 313M .0002 x 5.4M .0003.
Bid funds sufficient to take out .0004 > .0006 if asks hit successively. Watch it.
