Trading Summary - August 22.
A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with .0006 stacked mostly by one or more of the scammers, the majority bought at .0005 over the past several days not added to the ask at .0006 and being kept for trading much higher.
Opened with 6.6M initially at .0006 - then the scammer(s) added the balance of to make 21.8M total/b]l after about a minute - same as at the close on August 21.
470K bought on the ask at .0006.
Only 57.5K could be bought on the bid at .0005 from 2 x insignificant paint down attempts.
.0005 bid maintained all day and topped up to a peak of 3.99M.
Below that, the bid at .0004 was maintained at 120M - $48K - which is sufficient to take out .0006 > .0010 when applied to the ask at a time of the bidder(s)' choosing.
At present, many of the same OTC market top traders in $SFLM are concentrating on the breakout of other Watch List tickers $INQD $MWWC $IJJP $ENZC.
Closed with 21.4M left at .0006 - down .4M.
When day trades from the scammer(s) trying to hold it back timed out at the close, there was only 6.66M left at .0006 - slightly less than on August 21 - an amount that could easily be taken out at the open any day by an order placed before the open. The key is to do this before the scammer puts the remainder up when the ask isn't hit straight away.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 22 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 294 days.
