Noise trading is a problem on the OTC markets. It is the reason so many investors/traders get upset when things don't pan out perfectly. Stocks always move up and down and trade around their value. Only when news is released that raises the value should the stock price appreciate.

News coming soon is a subjective statement. Therefore, a long shareholder thinking news is coming soon may have a longer time frame than a noise trader who bought in on the last movement above the value. I believe this share price is undervalued and once those investors that can no longer wait on news stop selling into the bid, only then can the price stabilize and move back to what the market actually values the company at.

Anyone that says 99% of Pinks are scams is being ignorant. The fact is most Pinks are small businesses. Most small businesses struggle to make it. It's the reason there are many failed Pinks. That doesn't necessarily make them a scam.

At this point, BCAP is far from over. Just because the company has not updated their shareholders, doesn't mean everything is lost. There is likely a good business reason for the delay, which is why many are simply waiting it out. We had a similar quiet period last year, and then the company was able to start updating shareholders once they got the necessary business moves completed. The 1200+ shareholders, most are being patient, a few are selling off and moving on. In an illiquid market, it is easy to drop a stock price, doesn't take much effort.

What most of the 1200+ shareholders are anticipating is that the risk they have currently taken, by investing in BCAP, will eventually lead to a high rate of return if the company releases positive progresses and signals growth in the business.

The problem with this stance is that it implies time ends today. Yes the company didn't get done (or at least announce) the TA update.

Btw, I explained in a recently deleted post that stocks trade around a value. The lack of investors buying at the ask is likely due to the fact that most investors consider circumstance when investing. If folks are willing to sell into the bid, they sit on the bid. If nobody wants to sell, they slap the ask.

Therefore, when sellers that have to get out or cannot wait for company progress stop selling, I am comfortable stating that the stock price will appreciate.

Btw, even the big board stocks offer disclosure statements. The shorts only b***h about not meeting the disclosures.

This always makes me wonder, hmmmm.
